Shipping:
We make every effort to ship your product in 3 business days this may sometimes be extended to 7 business days.
We maintain minimum inventory to assure you receive fresh products.
You will be notified if we expect your ship date to extend beyond our normal 3 days.
You will receive notification when your order ships with the tracking information. Shipping method is determined by us as we
try to use the most economical way to save you money.

Cancellations :
Must receive cancellation within 24 hours of order being placed.

Returns:
You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving  your order if the product is defective or you are not 100% satisfied.
Resolution for defective products or customer satisfaction will be individually handled. Authorized returns must be received
at our location within 10 days of you receiving the authorization to return.
Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Package product securely and include original or copy of invoice.

All your payment information is maintained securely by Paypal. The only information we have access to is what is necessary
